1. Delivery Areas

Pip & Pebble currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Deliveries are fulfilled using Aramex Store-to-Door or another courier service selected by Pip & Pebble from time to time.

2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods, sales events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 8–11 business days.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location;

  • Courier network capacity;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Public holidays;

  • Industrial action;

  • Customs or regulatory delays (where applicable); and

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Courier Delays

Pip & Pebble is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, transportation disruptions, adverse weather conditions, acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, system failures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising solely from courier-related delays outside our control.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable South African law.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and are calculated based on the delivery destination and applicable courier rates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Pip & Pebble shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information supplied by the customer.

Additional courier charges incurred due to incorrect delivery information may be charged to the customer.

7. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making arrangements to receive their delivery.

8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because:

  • No person is available to receive the parcel;

  • The address supplied is incorrect or incomplete; or

  • The parcel is refused by the recipient,

the customer may be responsible for any re-delivery, storage, or return shipping fees charged by the courier.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact Pip & Pebble within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
